- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been with Yale Insurance since 2008. In all of these years there has not been any communication from this organization. As a client I find that to be a poor business practice. On Friday, 3/25 I requested Yale Insurance to release me so that I can have a broker located in the area where I live. The person in the office says "it is not their practice to release clients'. I find this to be highly unprofessional, and will not be held hostage to a broker who is only in it for the money.December 07, 2016by Kathleen Green
